ArtPlay Inclement Weather Policy

In the event that a class needs to be postponed due to inclement weather, a full credit will be issued. This credit may be applied to the rescheduled class date and will be automatically applied if you are able to attend the new date and time.

A decision to postpone a class due to inclement weather will be made by 6:00 pm on the day prior to the scheduled class, if road conditions in our area are expected to be generally unsafe. You will be notified via email in this case, along with confirmation of your full credit and details regarding the new class date and time.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, your credit may instead be applied toward a different future class.
