ArtPlay Class Cancellation Policy
Class purchases are not refundable. However, in the event that you are not able to attend an event for which you registered, we are happy to extend a credit for the amount paid, given at least 48 hours advance notice. You would need to contact ArtPlay directly. This credit may be used toward a future class or any retail purchase (art works or art supplies) at ArtPlay within one year from the date of purchase. Class credits are not transferable. Please email us here at least 48 hours ahead of time, if you would like a credit issued for a class you cannot attend.
