Join is for this Spring afternoon- on Mother’s Day weekend- bring just yourself, your curiosity and maybe a special person to celebrate the Matriarchs in your life. During this class, we will come together for an afternoon of creative company, while making beautiful cyanotype prints on both fabric & paper.
Local artist Miranda Wildman will welcome you into a joyful afternoon of learning the art and joy of cyanotype printing - in collaboration with the SUN!
Cyanotype is a historical photographic process that doesn’t require a camera, and produces images that reveal on beautiful shades of blues and greens. Miranda will explain a bit about this process and will guide you in creating engaging compositions using natural elements and everyday objects to make photographic prints in the sun. As a group, we will choose- ahead of time- whether to make prints on paper that can be framed at home or silk scarves that make sensation gifts.
All materials included. No experience is needed!
