Intuitive Art Journaling: Inner Landscape & Visual Story, Saturday 6/13, 1:00-5:30pm with guest artist Krista Brock

$150.00

What if your journal wasn’t something to “get right”… but a place to be real?

In this full-day, immersive workshop, you’ll create a deeply personal art journal that becomes a living reflection of your inner world—one that holds both the light and the shadow, the seen and the unseen, the parts of you still unfolding.

We’ll begin by transforming the cover of your journal using paint, collage, and layered materials—creating something that feels like an extension of you. From there, we’ll move into guided, intuitive page-making, where you’ll explore a series of prompts designed to gently open creative pathways without pressure or expectation.

This is not about being a “good artist” or a “good writer.”

You don’t need experience—just a willingness to show up and explore.

Throughout the day, I’ll guide you through:

    •    Intuitive painting and layering techniques

    •    Collage using curated imagery and personal symbolism

    •    Gentle writing prompts (optional, always yours to interpret)

    •    Exploring the relationship between darkness and light—and how both can exist on the same page

Your journal is a private, evolving space—one that can hold your thoughts, your questions, your emotions, your beauty, your contradictions. There is no right way to do this.

This practice is about:

Letting go of perfection

Trusting your inner voice

And creating something that is entirely your own

You’ll leave with a completed journal cover, several started pages, and the tools to continue this intuitive practice long after the workshop ends.

All materials are included. No experience is needed. Just bring yourself, your curiosity and an open heart.
