Do you love the feeling of art works that suggest and incorporate images loosely and playfully, but are not sure how to begin creating this kind of piece?
Casi will guide you through the steps she takes when creating a playful background of shapes, using a watercolor palette that speaks to you, and then layering details, further images, or playful marks, using ink pen and crayon- to create depth and interest.
This will be a relaxed and fun class that invites you to use your imagination and trust the process as it unfolds. Please bring a few images you love to the class- clipped from magazines, printed or saved to your phone- that you can use as a creative muse to work from.
A light snack and glass of wine will be served mid way through the class.
