So often, we think of creating art as leaving the studio with something finished that we can hopefully feel proud of. But in truth, creativity requires letting go of focusing on the outcome of what we are exploring. AND . . . by letting go of that, we start to discover our creative voice.
Colors that we love, shapes, marks, & images can only pop up and grab our attention when we get out of our heads & into a “flow state” - or play state- of creating.
